Knowledgeable, careful and a pleasure to work with!!! We had a large hive growing in our back yard. We were slow to remove as we did not want to kill the bees….. so glad we found Mega Bee Rescue. They did a great job, took lots of care in the process and we hope the bees will be happy in their new home.

From the moment I first contacted Mega Bee Rescues & Pest Control, I was impressed by how professional and caring they were. The person in customer service Liliana was warm, attentive, and answered all my questions promptly, which instantly put me at ease. When the techs arrived, the entire team treated our bee problem with respect and thoroughness. They took their time to locate and safely remove the hive, and even used eco-friendly methods to protect the bees and our home. What stood out most was their follow-up: they sent detailed photos of their work so I could see exactly what had been done, which made me feel safe and totally confident that the job was done right. All in all, efficient, professional, caring, and honest. I highly recommend Mega Bee to anyone dealing with pests or bees!

I’m so glad I found Mega Bee. They came out earlier this week and Ben gave me an estimate to address the beehive situation. Ben was great knowledgeable and helped me broker this service which had the beehive under my neighbors deck, but the entryway was on my side of the yard. Throughout the process, the company was very responsive via text with appointments follow ups and scheduling. Jean showed up in a Saturday and addressed the issue at hand. Considering it was Saturday at 5 PM he took his time and explained to my kids all about the bees. You can tell Jean is passionate about his craft. I was so impressed with the level of service by this company that I ended up signing up for their maintenance plan. Thanks for taking the time with my kids. Your time today at my home left a great impression on them about the bees.
